8. Do not come in contact with COVID positive person or suspicious person at home separate or government separate person.

9. Cut down on going to the bank or ATM machine regularly. Take sanitizer and clean it once we do touch any object, if you go to public places like ATM machine, buy food or groceries or Something else

10. Do not touch the T-part of your face i.e. nose, eyes, and mouth.

11.  Cover your face with a handkerchief / tissue paper or immediately bend your elbows when scratching. Clean your hands with Tissue paper should be kept in the cover dustbin.

12. Take hot water and avoid cold drinks or frozen foods.

13. Do not do spit in public or in your home except in a few defined places.

14. Do not use alcoholic, tobacco products at home.

15. Develop positive thinking habits for both physical and mental health.

16. Eat a balanced diet with Nutritious food for immune-boosting.

17. Timely sleep and other guidelines to boost immunity or health improvement system.
