Ten Habits of a Healthy People and Live Longer, People who are living a very long life and are very healthy so we look at them and see if you can break them down and apply them to your own life so that you can be healthy and hopefully make a long habit.

1. Physical Activity

Physical activity is that these people walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Now physical activity has all sorts of benefits, from psychological to physical. If it is minimal and if it is minimal struggle, make it something that you like to play, if you like lifting, go and take the elevator. Just like if you run, go and run. If you like to run, don't get up and don't get up. If you like, day in and day out will motivate you to move around.

You can read as much as you can and you will start to understand all these things properly. This is a myth. I don't believe this is a bad article. This website provides scary information. This is just something that you have done over time. Technical stuff should be important in how to build muscle and how to lose weight.

4. Eating Plan Or Meal Table

Schedule to Take Meal is they have a plan to eat that is no longer something I applied to my life but I have a kind of schedule and what it is that I have some food that I go through my day and I know these are healthy they have no big There are no carcinogens and if I eat them at this time of day but I feel great later so having a meal plan or at least a meal schedule is a lot for healthy people. Your life habit is number one

5. Loving And Intimate

 Loving Now I know a lot of people may actually be upset about it but loving intimate loving doesn't mean anything but that it's just romantic intimacy that produces more beneficial hormones in your brain than weekends and if you stand up one night a week If this happens you can actually start making an addiction and the dopamine quality in your brain starts to decrease and that can actually be a negative habit that you can get rid of later. So try to form loving intimate relationships and within those intimate relationships I found that people who are super healthy and live longer have sex more often than not.

6. Drink Water Frequently

The habit is to drink at least 2 liters of water a day now I have taken two liter water bottle a day for some people it is going to be a ton of water especially if you are using to drink pop or soda. The days when I was younger I drank a lot of tea so it was very challenging to change from tea to water but now for the past month I have not drank anything except water or milk especially and I noticed that I urinated a lot and two said my mood. It is good when I wake up when I go to bed right before I go to bed I normally get a room temperature of ch ounces like water and what happens is for some reason that helps me get a better sleep. I wake up I'm usually ready to go because I have to urinate really badly but it wakes me up like it's raining cold water drinking a lot of healthy people do a lot.

7. Taking Vitamin D form Sunlight 

Taking Vitamin D form Sunlight is that they are very out. Now I don't find all kinds of numbers in it. Two hours to eight hours of sunlight but I know sunlight can cause skin cancer if you don't protect yourself well but your body produces more nutrients from the sun like vitamins D. Let me start by saying that I am one of the main people and people can be really depressed if natural sunlight is kept away from them it is called sad or seasonal vitality disorder so sun rays benefit. One is that they get at least hours of quality sleep now there are all sorts of tips that I can tell you here to help you get quality sleep and that is important because you can sleep but there are lights and there is no strange sound. In the background you are not going to get a good night's sleep. There is no caffeine to stop the light. Less than an hour before you go to sleep. 

8. Sleep longer

I know there is a connection between this so I put myself in a lot of situations where I can smile and go where I am happy where I am full and happy and motivated to do things all day long because there has come my time in life where I was not like that And I happily choose happy moments no matter what
